This mythical crossing starts from the Col d’Allos to cross successively the Upper Verdon, the Mid- dle Verdon, the Gorges and Bas-Verdon. Great diversity in terms of atmosphere, landscapes but also on the mountain bike plan : the first part to Moustiers Sainte Marie are physical and tech- nical and a second part more rolling near the Verdon, its lakes and bathing places.
