Corine and Daniel, the owners, have chosen a totally natural method of cultivation, without fertilizers or pesticides, using permaculture. You’ll find a wide variety of flora and fauna in this garden. The building, with its 50 cm-thick stone walls, and its wooded garden offer a natural coolness that’s much appreciated even in the hottest weather. Fishing enthusiast Daniel will be happy to advise you and show you the best spots.
